Abstract

|
Purpose of this treatise is basis research to look for the objectivity about psychosomatic medicine that deal with spirit and bodily interrelationship projects principle to have clinical effect. The maum meditation that is one of the mind training method that is originated in korea recent times which is overcoming limitation of existent as new meditation method without base of tradition.
This method is propagated abroad as well as domestic popularizing that realize, and convert consciousness of people by in a short time training, compare with existent training methods. Therefore invested this training system with principle of maum meditation to recover health from disease.
Also, analysis the data that collected in the form of questions and answers about the changement of mind and body before and after training with 660 experienced trainees. And drew objectivity of psychosomatic medicine effects of the maum meditation method.
